After purchasing an On Demand product, you may access it by clicking on the order receipt page, through the e-mail sent to your Customer Account E-mail address, or by logging into your Hay House Customer Account. Then click on the Listen Now or Download Now button associated with your purchase. Your On Demand Event will be available for seven (7) days after the date of purchase.

Our On Demand Streams allow streaming audio playback of a previous event using Adobe Flash. The file is not downloaded to your computer, it is streamed directly from our servers. Please make sure you have the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player to listen.

Our On Demand Downloads allow you to listen again and again by downloading the file directly to your desktop. Please see the Download Instructions by browser when accessing the file. For Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox and Mozilla, select ‘Save Target As’. For Safari, the download starts automatically. See License and Restrictions for more information.

Selected Troubleshooting Notes
1. If you experience problems listening to On Demand Events, please upgrade your browser to the latest version.

2. If you install a new browser after you have installed an audio player, you should run the audio player Setup again. This will add the audio plug-in to the new browser so you can play content that is embedded in our Web pages.

Additional Notes
1. Audio technology on the Internet is still relatively new. The amount of information that can travel along the average telephone line is limited. This can cause a queue in the audio signal. Current streaming technology makes best efforts not to lose this information and holds or ‘buffers’ it until the line is clear to receive further information. This is why there is sometimes a stuttering or delaying effect when receiving a stream.

2. The Radio Player operates within its own pop-up browser window, enabling you to navigate elsewhere on the Internet whilst continuing to listen to Hay House Radio. This means that from time to time the player may become hidden behind another window. If the player is not visible and you wish to restore it, you may have to minimize your other windows to make it visible again.
